NOW Inc. (HVAC) Program mission is to empower out of poverty into a living wage with skilled training in (Air-Conditioning and Heating) through out the community.

Understand that many of the disadvantage residents in our neighborhoods lack the marketable skills to obtain employment that pays a living wage.
In fact most of the jobs that our residents have access to are those that pay a minimum wage and do not include benefits. Those jobs keep our residents well below the poverty line and just one small step ahead of homelessness.
NOW is the time for all good men and women to come to the aide of their family, friend and neighbors.
